For summer 2016 the team here have created a great new pasty. Taking chunks of free range ‘chook’ marinated in our own Piri sauce (only one Piri as it’s not too hot!), roasted then rumbled with peppers, red onion and potatoes. Wrapped in our light shortcrust pastry, each one hand finished by our team of top crimpers. We decided to use a fork to ID it – so this pasty has four holes in the top.
It’s a real flavour carnival – so enjoy it as it will only be available for the summer!
