Sheep Pie

Roast Dinner in a Pie! We use a mix of lamb and tasty mutton for added flavour in a superb redcurrant gravy, with the addition of peas, swede, carrot and a little mint, and wrapped in our thin buttery short-crust pastry. We don’t dress up our mutton as lamb

 

Chicken, Leek & Bacon Pie.

This is such a great combination of ingredients and made by many pie guys. We use a mix of breast meat for show and thigh for flavour! Winner of Great Taste Awards. So tasty – a member of our team would hide them in his drawer for his lunch break!

 

Steak, Stilton & Mushroom Pie

Winner of the Gold at 2020 British Pie Awards, this is a seriously tasty pie with some little button mushrooms fried off in a little butter and garlic, and finished off with some tangy Stilton cheese and wrapped up in our thin short crust pastry.

 

Squealer Pork Pie

Our classic pork pie is subtly seasoned, wrapped in crispy hot water pastry, just as they do in Melton Mowbray – but ours are handmade in Devon!

Sheep Pie.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), mutton (25%), water, onions, vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), butter (MILK), peas, swede, carrots, tomato puree, redcurrant jelly, Glaze (water, vegetable protein (pea), dextrose), modified maize starch, mint sauce, beef bouillon, salt, garlic puree, vegetable bouillon, black pepper, rosemary, thyme.

 

Chicken, Leek & Bacon Pie.

WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), chicken (25%), leeks (8%), vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), smoked bacon (7%), water, butter (MILK), onions, cream (MILK), MILK, Glaze (water, vegetable protein (pea), dextrose), modified maize starch, chicken bouillon, salt, vegetable bouillon, white pepper.

 

Steak, Stilton & Mushroom Pie.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), beef (25%), mushrooms (14%), onions, vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), water, butter (MILK), Blue Stilton (MILK) (3%), Glaze (water, vegetable protein (pea), dextrose), beef bouillon, modified maize starch, salt, vegetable bouillon, garlic puree, black pepper, thyme.

 

Squealer Pork Pie – The Classic

INGREDIENTS: Pork (35%), WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), lard, water, rusk (WHEAT flour, water, salt), Glaze (water, vegetable protein (pea), dextrose), salt, gelatine, sage, white pepper, allspice, nutmeg, thyme.

 

Allergens: Including Wheat Gluten see ingredients in BOLD.

These pies are made in kitchens that may also handle mustard, sesame seed or nuts.

Cooking Instructions

Ready to eat cold – but best heated in an oven for true pie pleasure!

Remove all packaging and place in a preheated oven.

From Chilled: 180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes. .

From Frozen190°/ Fan 170° / Gas mark 6 for 40-50 minutes.

Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes – and enjoy.
Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°

Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days.

This little Squealer pie is best removed from the fridge about 20 minutes before eating.
