How to Air Fry Pasties

  1. Preheat your air fryer: Set your air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat for a few minutes while you whip your pasties out of the packaging.
  2. Prepare your pasties: Whether you're heating up leftovers (our Giant pasties are rather large and occasionally we hear you’re unable to finish them!) or starting with fresh pasties, place them in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave space between each one for proper air circulation.
  3. Cook to perfection: Cook the pasties in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, ideally flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside and heated through beautifully on the inside so the filling melts in your mouth.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Once your pasties are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. We recommend whipping up a quick salad or coleslaw (red cabbage slaw works particularly well with a Steak Pasty) to accompany it. Then, dig in and savour the deliciousness!
