It’s official: the Chunkmas countdown ends tonight!! If you haven't been following our Christmas journey on Instagram and Facebook, you've really been missing out!

If you have been following along, then you'll know that by midnight tonight, the sleighs (okay, vans) will be loaded, and the last orders for Christmas pies will be closed😢 Have you secured your festive haul yet? If not, run - don’t walk!! 🏃

You may be wondering... 🤔 Well, we're here today to tell you!! Let us give you a little peek into how our Chunk elves make it all happen this year, one pie at a time 😉

Fulfilment: Pie Dreams Start Here 💭

Our Office Hunks, Lou and Jules, have been very hard at work these past few weeks! They're the ones who have been sorting through all of your orders and ensuring every pie, pasty, and everything in-between is properly accounted for!!

From answering all of your queries, to manning spreadsheets and making last-minute tweaks, these two are unsung heroes of the operation 🦸‍♀️

Baking: Where the Magic Happens ✨

In the kitchens, the smell of buttery pastry and rich, festive fillings has been nothing short of heavenly!! 😍

Our bakers have been preparing, filling, and cooking hundreds of pies a day the past month 🧑‍🍳 From the first sprinkle of flour to the final golden glaze, it's been like Santa's workshop turned up-to eleven in the Chunk Kitchen!! Like a well-oiled machine, everyone has a job to do and works together to bake the best pies Christmas has to offer 😋🍴

It’s hard not to drool when you’re surrounded by Pigs in Blankets Pies and Turkey, Ham & Cranberry Pasties, but these guys are experts in keeping their cool ❄️

Packing: The Pie Protection Squad 💪

The packing team, lead by Packing aficionado, Adan, has spent the past weeks carefully boxing up every Christmas order! ☑️ Ensuring each pie is snug, secure, and ready for the journey ahead, their job is what gets your pies from the kitchen to your house in one piece!!

Bubble wrap, tape, and plenty of Christmas cheer are involved - because your pies deserve to arrive in pie-fect condition, like the tiny presents of pastry they are! 🎁🌟

Delivery: Vans on a Mission 🚚💨

If you happen to live in the South West, you may have seen our iconic Chunk vans zooming around!! Along with DPD delivery vans, these bad boys are how we posted every Christmas pie and gave the gift of pie to doorsteps far and wide 🗺️

Plus, the drivers? Absolute legends. Rain, sleet, or snow, nothing stands between them and delivering your festive favourites! (And there really have been some close calls recently - thanks a lot, Storm Darragh! 🤣)
