Introduction
Welcome to the Chunk of Devon and Salcombe Brewery Co. Prize Draw ("Prize Draw"). This Prize Draw is jointly promoted by Chunk of Devon Limited with registered offices at The Pie Factory, Finnimore Trading Estate, Ottery St Mary, Devon, EX11 1NR and Salcombe Brewery Co. Limited with registered offices at Woodwater House, Pynes Hill, Exeter, United Kingdom, EX2 5WR . By entering this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Meta (Facebook).
Eligibility
- The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Chunk of Devon Limited and Salcombe Brewery Company Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- The prize includes alcoholic beverages. By entering the Prize Draw you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and therefore of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in the UK
How to Enter
- Participants must submit their email address to enter the Prize Draw. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails from Chunk of Devon Limited and Salcombe Brewery Co. Limited.
- The Prize Draw runs until midnight on Thursday 13th June 2024
The Prize
The prize consists of:
• A case of 8 Chunk of Devon Steak & Stout Pies
• A case of 12 x 330ml Cans of Salcombe Brewery Co. Island Street Porter
- No alternative prizes or cash alternative will be offered. The prize value cannot be redeemed against alternative products from either Chunk of Devon Ltd or Salcombe Brewery Co. Ltd.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random on Thursday 13th June 2024 and informed immediately by email.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a specified time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner

1. By entering this competition, you understand that you will also be subscribing to Chunk of Devon Limited and Salcombe Brewery Co. Limited’s respective mailing lists, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
2. By entering this Competition, you understand that the Chunk of Devon Limited (and its agents, contractors and group members on its behalf) may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) you provide in your Competition entry and in the process of entering:
a) To enable them to administer your entry in the Competition, including deciding whether it accords with these Terms and Conditions;
b) To share with organisations assisting with the conduct of the Competition and fulfilment of the Prize.

- Chunk of Devon Limited and Salcombe Brewery Co. Limited reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
- Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- Chunk of Devon Limited and Salcombe Brewery Co. Limited are not responsible for inaccurate prize details or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
- Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom*, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
*United Kingdom includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
