We've taken our multi award winning steak pasty recipe to our sister bakery. With chunks of delicious free-range local beef skirt, potato, swede, onion and the perfect amount of seasoning. You can now enjoy the gluten & wheat free version! Wrapped up in superb crisp gluten-free pastry. A simple fold over on this pasty to help identify it from a gluten full one.

This Gluten & Wheat Free Pasty contains:
Vegetable shortening (RSPO palm oil, rapeseed, water, salt, emulsifier - E471), beef 16%, potato (SULPHITES), water, rice flour, potato starch, gram flour, onion, swede, beef bouillon (maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, beef extract 5.3%, sugar, natural flavouring, vegetables (onions, parsnips), glaze (water, vegetable protein, sunflower oil, dextrose, maltodextrin, starch), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener - xanthan gum, salt, vegetable bouillon (maltodextrin, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, sugar 5.6%, vegetables (onion, parsnip), spices (turmeric, pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg) herbs (parsley, lovage) anti-caking agent: E 551), black pepper.

Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for true pasty pleasure!
From Chilled: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
From Frozen: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas mark 5 for 40-50 minutes.
Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.
These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.
Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°
Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days.

- We deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- BANK HOLIDAYS... our courier does not collect or deliver, so parcels will take a little longer to arrive if you place an order around Bank Holidays.
- P&P is £3.95 for orders under £35.00.
- Orders of £35.00 and over are FREE of charge.
- Orders are baked the day before we pack them.
- When your order arrives place it in either fridge or freezer as soon as possible
- IF your order includes a GLUTEN FREE pie or pasty. These have been previously frozen. PLEASE NOTE, if they have defrosted they are still safe to put in the freezer.
- All are sent with a Next Day delivery service
- Delivery Time:- we aim to get your parcel to you 2-3 working days from placing your order – if not sooner!
- Our lovely baker does like the weekend off - who can blame him!
- If you place an order, for example on Thursday, the soonest we can get your delivery to you will be Tuesday.
We can deliver to most of mainland England, Wales, but NOT Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. [Sorry 😞 - something we're looking into!]
