Also suitable for Vegans 🌱, this pasty, wrapped in our wholewheat pastry and hand-crimped, is made with cauliflower, sweet spud, chickpeas and peas, some coconut milk and a little mango chutney, all marinated in a classic blend of curry spices, just enough heat to let you know you're eating a curry! 😋

Our Ruby Murray Veggie Curry Pasty contains:

WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), wholemeal WHEAT flour (WHEAT), potato (10%), onions (10%), sweet potato (10%), cauliflower (8%), chick peas (6%), peas (4%), coconut milk, tomato puree, creamed coconut (desiccated coconut, preservative: sodium metabisulphite) (SULPHITES), nigella seeds, glaze (water, vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, cornflour, vegetable protein (pea), starch), salt, curry powder (MUSTARD) (coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, salt, chili, garlic, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, mustard, ginger, bengal gram), mango chutney (sugar, mangoes (45%), salt, acetic acid, spices), potato starch, vegetable bouillon (maltodextrin, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, sugar, vegetables (onion, parsnip), sunflower oil, spices (turmeric, pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg), herbs (parsley, lovage), cumin seeds, garlic.

*Really not suitable for microwaves - the pastry will just go soggy - no one wants soggy bottoms!*

Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for true pasty pleasure!

Remove all packaging and place pasty in a preheated oven.

From Chilled: 180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
From Frozen: 150°/ Fan 130° / Gas mark 2 for 40-50 minutes.

Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.

These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.

Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°

Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days,

DO NOT Refreeze once cooked

  • Orders are baked the day before we pack them.
  • All are sent with a Next Day delivery service
  • Deliveries will be with you 2-3 days from placing your order - if not sooner.
  • Our lovely baker does like the weekend off - who can blame him!
  • If you place an order, for example on Thursday, the soonest we can get your delivery to you will be Tuesday.

We can deliver to most of mainland England, Wales, but NOT Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. [Sorry 😞 - something we're looking into tho.]
