Steak and Ale. Always a firm favourite and this tasty pie is filled with melt-in-the-mouth locally sourced beef – marinated in strong award-winning Otter Ale – with roasted carrot and caramelised red onion, wrapped up in our thin buttery pastry. Simply delicious!
Steak, Stilton and Mushroom.A 2020 Great Taste Award Winner. This is a seriously tasty pie. With little button mushrooms, cooked off in a little butter and garlic. Then we crumble in some tangy Stilton cheese and all wrapped up in our thin short crust pastry. Sensational ...providing you like Stilton!
Chicken, Leek and Bacon.Packed with chicken, (we use a mix of breast meat for show and thigh for flavour), some delicious smoked bacon and lovely leek, in a creamy sauce. Wrapped in our buttery short crust pastry. No additives or fake flavouring in this pie or any of our pies - tasty, special and natural.
Kickin' Chicken Curry.A fabulous Indian Butter Chicken Curry Pie. Yes - it has a slight kick ... but nothing crazy! Perfectly spiced chunks of tender chicken with onions, potato and peppers in a creamy curry sauce have been wrapped up in our fab shortcrust pastry.
Our pies are an ideal serving for 1 - but you could share...we'll leave that up to you 😉

Ready to eat cold- but best heated in an oven for true pasty pleasure!
Remove all packaging and place pasty in a preheated oven.
From Chilled:180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen: 150°/ Fan 130° / Gas mark 2 for 40-50 minutes.
Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.
These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.
Storage:Keep in a fridge below 5°
Suitable for home freezing (6 months), defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days.

By all accounts, this is an Irish delicacy – but it is just as popular in the UK. An open-topped pie made with spud, mature cheddar cheese, onion and a little garlic and a few herbs. Topped with mature West Country cheddar cheese, it's delicious and one of our biggest selling pies.

This Lamb recipe pays homage to the origins of the pasty. It almost certainly originated in the southern Mediterranean, and then travelled to our shores. Bursting with these flavours it has been judged as yet another Chunk Great Taste award -winner.
West Country lamb, chickpeas, apricots, sun-dried tomatoes and then we add a sprinkling of Moroccan spice.

A fantastic combination of diced leg of pork (free range of course) apple, chunks of potato and swede, then steeped in sweet Scrumpy from our friends at Sandford Orchardsand a sprinkling of herbs, then hand crimped in our thin shortcrust pastry. A great Devon pasty!
We use a mix of lamb and tasty mutton for added flavour in a superb redcurrant gravy, with the addition of peas, swede, carrot and a little mint, and wrapped in our thin buttery short-crust pastry. We don't dress up our mutton as lamb – It is The Sheep Pie!
Our Sheep Pie - or 'Lamb Pie' as the team at Bristol City refer to it - has been crowned the best Premiership footie pie by Jonny Smith - 'The Pie Pundit'.
Jackfruit is an amazingly funky fruit. High in Vitamins B6 & C, a great source of both magnesium & potassium, it's fleshy texture makes it an ideal meat alternative. Think ..chicken..but more fibrous. We've created a fabulous spicy curry recipe, with sweet spud, squash, red & green peppers, coconut milk and wrapped these tasty ingredients in our wholewheat pastry with turmeric (also super good for you) and topped with fennel seeds.

This is our best-selling classic. Loaded with locally sourced chunky steak and diced kidney, bathed in a rich homemade gravy with a delicious buttery short crust pastry.
Historically oysters were used rather than kidney! However, as they got a little pricey, kidney became the obvious replacement. If you believe in culinary cycles then we will be using oysters sometime soon.
