This is a real cracker!

A really indulgent pie 😋 With tender turkey, smoked bacon, leeks, brie and a few cranberries in a rich creamy sauce. Wrapped in our fabulous buttery shortcrust pastry. 


 

The important bits!

Our Turkey. Ham, Brie and Cranberry Pie contains:

WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), turkey (23%), leeks, brie [MILK] (7%), vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), bacon (6%), water, butter [MILK], onions, double cream [MILK], MILK, dried cranberries (2%) (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil), modified starch, glaze (water, rapeseed oil, sugar, cornflour, pea protein, starch), blue poppy seeds, seasoning (chicken bouillon, vegetable bouillon, maltodextrin, white pepper), salt, vegetable bouillon, white pepper.

For Allergens including Wheat Gluten see ingredients in BOLD CAPITALS.

Made in kitchens that may also handle milk, mustard, sesame seeds, nuts, soya and sulphites.

Our pies are an ideal serving for 1 - but you could share...we'll leave that up to you 😉

*Really not suitable for microwaves - the pastry will just go soggy - no one wants soggy bottoms!*

Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for true pie pleasure!

Remove all packaging, but keep the pie in it's foil tray, and place in a preheated oven on a baking tray.

From Chilled: 180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
From Frozen: 190°/ Fan 170° / Gas mark 5 for 40-50 minutes.

Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.

These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.

Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°

Suitable for home freezing (6 months), defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days as above.

DO NOT Refreeze once cooked

This warming pie packs a punch in the chilly weather - apparently it also packs a punch with the judges too, winning Silver at the Taste of The West Awards in 2024!

We're using locally sourced venison, bacon chunks and some mushrooms. Then we've added a good splosh of port and a few crushed juniper berries and to really give it a depth of flavour a sprinkling of Sur Del Lago 100% pure Cacao...Thank you to Willies Cacao! Don't miss out!

We’ve mixed turkey breast, cranberries, bacon and a little leek together with classic pasty ingredients for that true Christmas taste. Carefully wrapped in shortcrust pastry, hand crimped and topped with a little pastry star.

  • BANK HOLIDAYS... our courier does not collect or deliver, so parcels will take a little longer to arrive if you place an order around Bank Holidays.
  • P&P is £5.95 for orders under £45.00.
  • Orders of £45.00 and over are FREE of charge.
  • Orders are baked the day before we pack them.
  • When your order arrives place it in either fridge or freezer as soon as possible
  • IF your order includes a GLUTEN FREE pie or pasty. These have been previously frozen. PLEASE NOTE, if they have defrosted they are still safe to put in the freezer. 
  • All are sent with a Next Day delivery service
  • Delivery Time:- we aim to get your parcel to you 2-3 working days from placing your order. Our cut off time for processing orders is midday. To give us time to process the order, then make and bake the pies and pasties.
  • Our lovely baker does like the weekend off - who can blame him!
  • If you place an order, for example on Thursday, the soonest we can get your delivery to you will be Tuesday.

We can deliver to most of mainland England, and Wales but NOT Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. [Sorry 😞 - something we're looking into!]
